For Brands
Brand Portal & Discover for brands
Skindex helps licensed estheticians discover professional skincare lines. Brand Hub is where brands prepare catalog content, and Discover is where Skindex shows approved content to eligible professionals.
Product explanation — subject to counsel review
This page explains the intended product flow. Binding brand obligations are created by the agreements accepted in the Skindex app, not by this marketing page.
1. Skindex is not a store
Skindex is a technology and professional listing surface, not a retailer or marketplace of record. There is no cart, checkout, payment processing, escrow, or Skindex-collected purchase.
Orders, samples, pricing, shipping, and contracts happen off-platform with the brand or representative. Displaying a line on Skindex does not mean Skindex sells or endorses its products.
2. How publishing works
- Apply and create a brand account.
- Accept the Brand Applicant Terms during the application or pending stage.
- Wait for Skindex administrative review and approval.
- After approval, accept the Brand Discover Publisher Agreement in the app.
- Use Brand Hub to prepare and submit catalog content.
- Skindex reviews and publishes approved content to Discover.
Draft or in-review content is not shown to estheticians until Skindex publishes it.
3. What estheticians can do
- Browse admin-approved published catalog content.
- Compare and save product information or draft routines.
- Request contact, contact a representative, visit a brand website, or request a sample.
- Use interest doors as introductions—not bookings, sales, or checkout on Skindex.
4. Brand data and privacy boundaries
Brand Hub may store high-level business and catalog information such as:
- Brand organization profile, products, SKUs, media, and copy.
- INCI and product-claims text submitted by the brand.
- Launch information, representative-routing preferences, and administrative review history.
- Interest or lead events generated when professionals interact with published listings.
Draft content is visible to the brand team and Skindex administrators. Published content is visible to eligible professionals on Discover.
Do not upload patient or client care data
Brand catalog data is separate from CareLink, client charts, and Face Map clinical data. Do not upload consumer patient charts, clinical photos, or unrelated personal health information into Brand Hub.
5. What verification means
Admin approval, “verified,” or “published” means Skindex completed its own review and publishing process. It does not certify clinical efficacy, prove product claims, provide regulatory clearance, or replace a brand’s legal and regulatory review.
Brands remain responsible for product claims, INCI accuracy, advertising, and regulatory compliance.
6. Brand agreements
The binding brand agreements are accepted in the Skindex app at the relevant stages:
- Brand Applicant Terms — during application and pending review; these do not grant publishing rights.
- Brand Discover Publisher Agreement — after administrative approval and before Discover publishing.
For general site policies, see the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Data Compliance, and Privacy Controls.
7. Contact
Questions about the brand review or listing process can be sent to support@skindex.app. This page does not accept catalog uploads or create a brand account.
